1.   PlasmERG will license our Technologies to other manufacturers to BUILD their own new ECO Friendly Plasmic Transition Process(tm) (plasma expansion) engines as well as license OEM manufactures to use it in their products.

2.   Plasmic Motor division will manufacture standard and "specialty designed" motors available for OEM purchase and OEM applications.

3.   Plasmic Control division will design and manufacture all Electronic Control systems which must be used with any licensed engine.

4.    Plasmic fuel division creates and mixes all fuel mixtures, packaged or bulk,  made and shipped to licensees or unit sales.

5.   PlasmERG Research and Design will work with all Licensees, and others, to further the technology and advance the ecology.

PlasmERG is the  home to all IT/IP products like copyrights, trade secrets, patents or trade marks and will license the process and technology to manufacturers and OEM users. It is also the common research, design, training and consulting, as needed by the licensees, a Central Point. Within PlasmERG, research and design elements from all companies  exist so the best overall "combined " design of Hardware, Electronic control and Fuel mixture is found for any requirement, usage or size/power for our Licensees.

    As you can see from the above left animation, taken from real 3D engineering Drawings, there are No valves or exposure to Outside air as it is a sealed two cycle engine that can run efficiently either clockwise or counterclockwise and it will run continually for months on the fuel in the transition chamber when first filled. With auto refueling, controlled by the Electronic Engine Control System, that becomes years. The animation was taken from our 1 liter twin. Isn't 3 D drafting great!!.  We now have complete libraries of parts for m any engines in Both ProE and Inventor formats to help our licensees get started faster

          Under the animation is our fully programmable Coil winder for creating the transition and cylinder coils.   
        On the right is our current stock of gases. The BIG tank is a premix made for us by a gas company that contains roughly 100,000 engines worth.
We also have a second company that can do the same for us. these are provided to our trade secret formulas as copyrighted.
        On the far right is a view of the test set we used to prove our new actuator does create the Electron ball we expect. This is our newest innovation to provide more controllable sequencing of the engine. Both the power and ground electrodes are formulated special for us The four coils provide about 400 Thousand volts of power. They are sequenced to dance the ball on the ground electrode.
        The lower picture shows this action. This is a real head complete with RF, gas and optical ports.
        Notice none of our test gear or materials is "old surplus" but nice and new. We believe that the result requires the best test gear and components.
      ALL OUR PC Boards, used by the company, are designed, schematics drawn, and pc board layout done by John Rohner. They are then sent out to have PC Boards made from John's Plots. When they return one of our people put the parts an and another is doing the programming and Firmware with John's help. So everything is done IN House enhancing the security of the project. John is a Very Well Known and Highly Respected Designer.

          Some Interesting Data collected as we get our Plasmic Transition Process(tm) Engines
up to fully "certified" status, in preparation for our presentation to the USPTO.
    And the start of our Training classes for Licensees as we draw closer to production.

    We will be fully testing at our new version 5 Electronic Controller System components. Radical New Technology and much lower power input.

    Speaking of power. Preliminary Data.

    Here is the latest data on just two test sets operating at 1800 RPM in GenSet.

    Set 1 --- 500 CC Single -- Power input is 12 Volts at 12 amps or 144 Watts
          continual power output at 1800 RPM is 130,000 Watts

    Set 2 --- 1 Liter Twin -- Power input is 12 volts at 20 Amps or 240 Watts
          continual power output at 1800 RPM is 270,000 Watts
      Note -- 12 Volts is nominal, for computation only, actual measured voltage was 13.4 volts, battery as recharged by Motorcycle alternator attached to engine.

    continual Hours 3.4 months, ~1104 hours still strong
    average cost per filled cylinder chamber with type 1 gas mix - $.71.
    Hard results of other gas mixes is not yet available, will be in 2 months.

    We get asked all the time what our Secret Gas Mixture is all about. We took the Papp Presented Mixture, after correcting all the math errors and falsities in the description and modernized it to our original "starting" mix which worked about as we expected and better than the original posted "certified" results, since we felt the "rumoured" results were probably wrong.

    We then ran the results we got from our testing thru a set of computer programs that "predicted" what results would happen if the mixture was changed. This gave us a superior power production than the original and proved the programs capabilities. But we wished to use less input power and cut the requirement back. We found we had to go "outside the box" to do that and that some gases could be used as well. The result is a very low input requirement for a very high output.

    That formula is: 35.5% Helium, 24.5% Neon, 17.8% Argon, 13.1% Krypton, 8.1% Xenon 0.3% Hydrogen 0.7% Nitrogen

    Please remember that our precision Electronic Control System is what allows us to use this and it does produce much better power than any other mix in smaller engines. The formula will change as the engine displacement gets Bigger.

   So now you can see that the gas mixture is relatively inexpensive, Less than a dollar per fill.
